Location: Denver, CO Hybrid, minimum 2 days in office per week

Salary Range: 130,000 – 180,000
Position Summary:
The Head of Operations at Kindbridge USA plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, strategic initiatives, and performance optimization across all departments. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), designing data collection methods, and developing comprehensive reporting systems. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, analytical leader with experience in healthcare management, tech startups, or casino operations with responsible gambling focus.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Provide performance analysis and strategic recommendations to the CEO.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for each department.
- Develop data collection methods and reporting systems to track performance.
- Design and maintain an enterprise dashboard for real-time company-wide insights.
- Implement lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles to optimize processes.
- Leverage technology-driven solutions to improve service delivery.
- Standardize best practices for client deployment.
- Lead the transition from the current system to a new platform, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Align stakeholders through training and change management strategies.
- Partner with department heads to analyze performance reports and drive improvements.
- Conduct regular review and feedback sessions to enhance operational processes.
- Represent Kindbridge USA at industry events and conferences.
- Travel outside of Colorado for one week per quarter to attend conferences.
- Attend local events across Colorado to expand the company’s network.

Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, tech startups, or casino operations with a focus on responsible gambling.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification required (Green Belt preferred).
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making and operational strategy.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in technology and data management systems.
