Managing Emotions

Groups for managing emotions provide participants with an opportunity to learn how to identify feelings that they are experiencing which may include depression, anger, frustration, sadness, difficulties with communication etc., understand thoughts and behaviors associated with those feelings and develop coping strategies and skills, and incorporate healthy activities daily to manage these emotions in a healthy way.

He also works as a clinical consultant to Metropolitan Nashville Davidson County Family Treatment Court.
