Online Support Group Sessions for Anxiety and Stress
Kindbridge “Groups” are available for individuals struggling with anxiety and stress.
These behavioral health concerns impact the mental and emotional health of millions of Americans and those in their familial, social, and professional circles. Our Group courses bring some of these individuals together in a safe and welcoming environment that encourages open dialogue. You’ll discover that you’re not alone, and collectively you will embark on an effective online road to recovery.
Group Objective
Anxiety and Stress groups provide participants with an opportunity to learn how to identify feelings of anxiety and stress, understand triggers, develop coping strategies, and incorporate healthy activities daily to reduce anxiety and stress.
Instructor:

James Bush
Program Director for Youth Overcoming Drug Abuse. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee. He also works as a clinical consultant to Metropolitan Nashville Davidson County Family Treatment Court. Utilizing tools of empathic listening, adaptive processing, and empowering education to bridge and enhance the local – and global – community one person at a time.

Attended an HBCU for Graduate school – Howard University. Diverse experience working in various settings. Training in Addiction and multicultural counseling. Motivated in helping others develop balance in the life that they want.
