Problem Gambling Awareness Month has been a busy month and a productive month for us here at Kindbridge. We want you to know that just because PGAM 2021 has come to a close, the work doesn’t stop.
In the past month we have expanded our practice into 22 states and welcomed an additional five therapists to our staff.
We have also announced multiple strategic partnerships that will ensure streamlined access to high-quality tele-treatment for university students and professional athletes as well as beginning providing outpatient and aftercare services for inpatient centers that specialize in gambling addiction treatment.
We would like to thank Epic Risk Management and Compass Recovery Canters for welcoming us into their family as we welcome them into ours.
We have also begun work with our quality assurance committee to ensure that our therapeutic program is held to the highest of standards and our clinicians and therapists are trained on a regular basis by some of the most forward-thinking minds in the filed on the subjects that are particularly close to our heart.
Finally our scientific advisory board has started working towards helping us achieve industry best-practise for providing services to the gambling and gaming communities. Along with their help, we are also identifying the necessary data points that need monitoring and analysis to ensure we are having the high-quality impact that we expect. Their work will also help us to install and sustain an evidence-based model that will be constructed and overseen by out independent academic partners at Rutgers University. Everything we do, we expect will be eligible for peer-reviewed research, on a scale never before achieved when attempting to study these communities.
